Our story
A Shop Built on Straight Answers
Pierce Automotive has built its reputation on honest, straightforward repair work in Riverside. Ralph and the team tell customers what's actually wrong with their vehicle, get it fixed right the first time, and don't send anyone home with a problem still lurking under the hood. We handle everything from sensor and electrical fixes to full transmission service, and if your car won't make it to us, our own tow truck will come get it, even on short notice, even for drivers just passing through town. That combination of honesty and follow-through is why customers keep coming back and sending their friends and family our way, and why we've earned a 4.7-star rating across 71 Google reviews.

What customers say
“Ralph was fantastic to deal with. He was honest and up front and made sure the job was done right before releasing the vehicle. We are from out of town. He took my dad's vehicle in on short notice and was able to get it fixed and running perfectly. We will definitely be recommending Pierce Automotive for service to everyone we know.”
“I got into an accident and didn't have towing coverage with my policy. I decided to go to yelp to seek a towing company to help. I came across Pierce, but it didn't have any ratings, so I thought I would give it a try. Ralph the towing guy was able to tow my truck to a repair shop of my choice. He was at my location very quickly. The price was reasonable and Ralph was very professional. I would definitely recommend Pierce Towing to anyone who wants quick and professional service.”
“Great shop. Had an O2 sensor & headlight replaced, and transmission service with trans filter replaced today. Dropped the car off at 8:00 am and was ready by 11:00 am. Good work and reasonable price.”
